However, commercial real estate is also a great option to invest in real estate.

Commercial real estate includes a wide variety of property types.

For most people, commercial properties are just office complexes or factories or industrial units.

However, that is not all from commercial real estate. There are far more commercial properties.

Strip malls, medical centers, retail units, and real estate agent in leumeahwarehouses are good examples of commercial properties, as well as vacant lots.

Even residential properties such as apartments (or any property that consists of more than four residential units) are considered commercial properties. In fact, such commercial properties are in high demand.

So is commercial real estate really profitable?

Absolutely, in fact if it wasn't profitable I wouldn't be writing about commercial real estate at all!!
